Booking Procedure Terms and Conditions

We have a maximum sitting of 1.5 hours during our peak times - please do be aware of this when booking.

Online Booking - If you choose to make your booking online via our website, you will need to complete the online form which will be emailed to the restaurant. Once the team has received the details, they will contact you within 24 hours (during normal opening hours) to confirm the booking, until you receive this booking confirmation from us your booking is not confirmed.

Telephone Booking - For all the telephone bookings please read the terms and conditions online. We take email address and mobile numbers to confirm the bookings.

Running late? If you're going to be late please call the restaurant and let us know and we'll do our best to help you. If you are more than 10 minutes later than your booking time and have not notified us, we may have to give your table away to other waiting guests.

Cancellations - We require at least 24 hours notice via email if you need to cancel your bookings. If you do not have access to the internet, please call us & speak to the manager on duty to cancel your booking. Parties of 6 or over will be required to give a £5 deposit per head to secure the booking. If you cancel the booking at least 24 hours we will refund the deposit or else this deposit is non refundable.

Guest numbers - If your numbers are increasing or you have lost a few guests along the way please give us at least 24 hours notice. Please note that any substantial increase in guest numbers is subject to availability.

Cake Service - There is a £10 charge for cake service when brought. This will then be taken off the final bill at the end of your meal.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our website complies with the data protection act 1998. We respect the privacy of our guests.

When you visit our site to read or download information, like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze the information.

There is a mailing list option on the site. The system will record your e-mail address and other information only if volunteered to us by you. This information will be treated as proprietary and confidential. If you choose to subscribe we will email you periodically with news and web site updates.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We have a maximum sitting of one and half hour during our peak times - please do be aware of this. Drunken and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated and the person (s) in question will be asked to leave the store. If necessary, the police will be asked to intervene.

Special Offers and Deals: All special offers and meal deals are single offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Offers have no cash value and are not transferable. All voucher codes carry an expiry date. Online offers cannot be redeemed for Phone orders.

Ordering Online or Ordering in the Restaurant: When ordering online please be advised a comprehensive list of all our allergens is listed. We recommend you to speak to a member of senior team member/manager by giving your order number. This will ensure your order will be handled with extra care. Please note that our kitchens are small and though cross contamination is never deliberate, we cannot concretely guarantee our dishes are totally free from allergens.

Special Diet and Allergens: The following ingredients are common inclusions in pan asian dishes and therefore are carried in our kitchens.
> Crustaceans for example prawns, crabs, lobster, crayfish
> Eggs
> Fish
> Peanuts
> Milk
> Soybeans
> Nuts; namely almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, pistachio nuts, macadamia (or Queensland) nuts
> Celery (including celeriac)
> Mustard
> Sesame
> Lupin which includes lupin seeds and flour and can be found in types of bread, pastries and pasta
> Molluscs like clams, mussels, whelks, oysters, snails and squid

If you do have a specific palate or intolerance or SPEAK TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY.

RESTRICTIONS

No food/beverages except those supplied by us are permitted to be consumed on the premises.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

We do not charge mobile phones or any other gadgets in our bar area as all the sockets in the bar are for the use of equipment like the fridge, freezer etc. We have had phones and ipads blow a fuse when plugged in at the same power points the past. These are our only charging points behind the bar area. And they are all in continuous use. If you wish to charge your phone, you may do so at your own risk at one of the visible points on the restaurant floor. The management takes no responsibility for the loss of items. Please be cautioned, we have had phones stolen in the past while being charged.
